Trip to STEM Fest at the Post

There are the pictures words later
I was up at two am and did not start coffee until five am.  This Taz looks a bit agressive and I really like the guy.  He is often depicted as bouncing around in a disconnected social state before entering that tornado state and getting things straightened out.
I did not have coffee out of the skyline cup,  Janet sees two or more landscapes here or perhaps I see them.
I saw a link from Khalil for tickets for the STEM Tech Fest and the weather is so nice I decided to take it and walk the East side of Downtown to The Post the platform could have been cleaner and there were a few folks there not on a great path.
I started out here close to home.
There is the old Majestic Theatre, it was one of three downtown theatres that showed first run movies.
One of the first murals we had in downtown, This is on the side a good place for jumbaliya or rice and beans.
There is a swimming pool up there on the top with a quarter round section where swimmers can look out the bottom of the pool.  I think that corner had The Cellar in the 70s.
There is old Market Square.  In 72 I lived in several places downtown including Mainstream, a Christian night club above Club Bojangles one block North.
Ballet Practice Building
A park by Buffalo Bayou
Looking back at the old M&M Building that has been added onto and is now The University of Houston - Downtown
Some ducks in the bayou
Another view with The Post
Condos now but I lived there for a while when it was a transient hotel.
Part of the skyline from the roof of The Post
View to the North
And North Northwest
Then here straight on at the main part of the old post office as I wait for the 85.
